Critical to our success has been the fact that FLE Senior Management team have had experience in healthcare sales, marketing and management roles, working for many blue-chip medical and pharmaceutical organisations.

This unique understanding of our business has been the key to developing strong relationships with our clients and candidates.

	John Brooks (RGN MBA) - Managing Director
	John has extensive industry experience, having initially trained as a nurse and specialised in ITU, he has worked in sales and marketing management roles with companies including Baxter Healthcare,Coloplast and Smith & Nephew. John’s expertise includes Drug Tariff Support Services and Marketing Consultancy with extensive knowledge of wound, continence and stoma care markets.

	Louise Brooks (RGN) - Contract Sales and Recruitment Director
	Louise established the FLE Group in 1996 following several years gained within the NHS in general nursing, and then in senior sales roles with Astra Pharmaceuticals and Coloplast. Louise also manages our Contract Sales division where we have teams in Consumer Health, Wound Care and Theatres.

	Debbie Gaskell (BSc) - Business Manager
	Debbie has worked with the FLE Group since 1998. Following completion of her Biochemistry degree, she has gained eight successful years experience working within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry with companies including Seton Healthcare, Regent Medical and Pfizer. Debbie is responsible for the management of a number of our Key Accounts.
