1. Personal Screening
Every candidate is interviewed individually, face-to-face, by one of our team, at one of our regional interview venues across the UK: Belfast, Glasgow, Durham, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, and Watford and at our offices in Northamptonshire. Where that is not possible due to time constraints or geographical limitations, we may have to carry out a detailed telephone screening interview.
2. Driving History
We will always check a candidate’s driving license and note any outstanding endorsements. Each candidate will be asked to declare any accidents over the three years prior to the interview.
3. European Employment Eligibility
We will request that each candidate provides the appropriate documentation to support their eligibility to work within the EU.
4. Candidate Support
Candidates shall always be provided with comprehensive and up to date information on relevant clients and markets, as well as guidance and support for interview handling and, where required, presentation skills.
5. Limited Candidate Submission
Unless otherwise agreed with our client, we will submit a maximum of only three well qualified candidates for any one vacancy. We are extremely confident that our thorough selection process will identify the right individuals for the role.
6. Rapid Response
We make every possible effort to respond to any query, either from candidate or client within 24 hours during the normal week.
7. Candidate Authorisation
We will always request the permission of our candidates before submitting a CV to a client. No short-cuts, no ‘send first speak to the candidate later’ submissions – ever!
All client information relating to recruitment activity and all candidate information will be treated as strictly confidential.
